Pad printing is a high-quality printing method which is the same that LEGO® that allows us to apply detailed designs onto minifigures and parts, ensuring a durable and professional finish on our products.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping fees vary depending on the destination.
Can I request a custom design?
We are primarily focused on our own product line, but we do occasionally take on custom projects. Please contact us directly to discuss your idea and we can provide information on feasibility, pricing, and timeline.
Do your products use Authentic LEGO® Parts?
Absolutely! Our minifigures use 100% Authentic LEGO® Parts as well as custom accessories.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for damaged or defective products only and can offer either a replacement if possible or a refund. We reserve the right to institute either. All problems must be raised within 7 Days of receiving your product. We do not offer change of mind returns under accordance with ACCC Regulations.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The shipping time varies depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via the email address used at checkout so you can check the delivery status.
Do you restock products?
All figures are limited edition and won't be restocked. Products such as Minifig Parts and Accessories may be restocked from time to time.
