Frequently Asked Questions
What does "pad printed" mean?
Pad printing is a professional, high-quality method used to transfer intricate designs onto uneven surfaces, such as minifigures and parts. It’s the same technique used by LEGO®, ensuring a durable and factory-grade finish on our products.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I request a custom design?
We do not accept commissions or made-to-order requests. Our focus is on producing high-quality, original products under our own brand. That said, we always welcome ideas and community suggestions for future releases.
Do your products use authentic LEGO® parts?
Absolutely. All of our minifigures are made using 100% genuine LEGO® parts, often paired with high-quality custom accessories.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we offer either a replacement (if available) or a refund, at our discretion. All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: we do not offer returns for change-of-mind purchases in accordance with ACCC regulations. However, we may accommodate changes or edits to an order if requested before a shipping label is generated.
Order cancellations are accepted, but may result in a ban due to non-refundable transaction fees we incur.
How can I receive updates on new releases or promotions?
Subscribe to our newsletter through our website to stay informed about new product launches, restocks, and special promotions.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via the email used at checkout to monitor your shipment.
Do you restock products?
All minifigures are released as limited editions and will not be restocked once sold out. However, minifig parts and accessories may be restocked periodically.
